How do you feel today? Positive or negative? Here is a list of adjectives  to describe your feelings. To test your ability to read people’s faces do this facial expressions test.

If it’s idioms you want to use then here you have some notes and interactive exercises to practise.

Which woman is it? Listen to three situations about three different women. What are they feeling and why?

Which man is it? You will hear how four men are feeling.


Songs are a way of expressing feelings and emotions. Some are more melancholic and others are more cheerful. Here you have some examples.
